Community Fundraising for Clean Water:
Goal Achieved through Bake Sales and More!
We’re thrilled to announce that we have successfully reached our fundraising goal for the Uveyiks Water Well Project! Thanks to the amazing support from our community, we raised $3,950 to build a water well in Africa. This achievement means clean and safe drinking water for hundreds of families who need it most. Our journey to raise funds for the water well was filled with creative events and the incredible support of our community. One of our first major fundraising events was a community bake sale. We gathered our members, friends, and families, and everyone came together to bake delicious treats. Cookies, cakes, muffins—you name it, we had it! The bake sale not only helped us raise funds but also brought the community closer together. By the end of the day, we had raised a significant amount towards our goal, and the encouragement we received fueled our determination to keep going. ...
